Hi everyone. I apologize for the missing Link Love post this past Saturday. I spent my weekend battling a bug that has been going around and I still can't seem to shake it. It hit me like a ton of bricks of Friday and I've been down for the count ever since. I'm finally starting to feel like I'm on the mend, so I'll have you back to the regularly scheduled posts in no time.
Since I will be spending today testing out the comfort level of our new sofa I thought it would be the perfect time to share some Spring event info with everyone. April means it's time for one of the best events in design and decor.... It's Market Week at High Point Furniture Market in North Carolina! Twice a year the furniture capital of the world gathers manufacturers and designers from all corners of the market to showcase their new lines and soon to be trending collections. This years event runs through April 10th, so you still have a day or two if you would like to make the trip.
If you can't make it this year don't worry. Let others be your eyes and ears. Simply search for hashtag #hpmkt on your social media sites and see what everyone is loving for the upcoming season.

You can follow this years Style Spotters on Pinterest to see their favorites from the show.
No need to be upset if you couldn't make it to the April show. The fall show is October 18 - 23. Start making plans NOW! I know I am. You can find all the information you need at the High Point Market website. This is a massive event! There are several campuses and an unbelievable amount of square feet to cover. You'll want to pack comfortable shoes and have a strategy before arriving. Don't worry the High Point Market website has everything you need to plan your trip. They also provide orientations at every show and information booths are abound. If you're in the industry I hope to see you all there in a few months. For now I'll be following along via internet so thanks for all the posting designers!
